The episode starts well with the Alien Spaceship crashing into the Thames. The new Doctor Who is looking really up to date and relevant. The idea that there are articles on the Doctor on the internet, that people search for him, that there is a myth hit a chord. It is obvious that the Doctor cannot keep on saving the Earth without anyone noticing. I especially liked the way the Doctor was traced and rushed to 10 Downing Street. Again new Aliens, not sure if they are really scary, but its nice to see some originality. The Slitheen, green monsters who fart.
