Kulture Shock moved to Beccles in 2007. We can be found in Blyburgate, near the Library, and opporsite the Rainbow carpark.

Our opening hours are 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday. We do not open on bank holidays. You can also phone us on 01502 712922 between these hours.

Kulture Shock History.

Kulture Shock started business in 1997 in St Benedicts Street in Norwich. We started out as a book shop specialising in Science Fiction, Crime and Horror books. We soon discovered that our Dr Who section was the most popular and it slowly expanded to Dr Who merchandise as well as books. Over time we expanded all our sections to include cult film action figures and merchandise. More recently we find that the gaming action figures from games like Halo and Gears of War are becoming best sellers.

We have been selling online since 1999. Over the years we sold more and more action figures and less and less books. By the time we moved to Beccles in 2007 we had virtually stopped selling books. This means that we can concentrate more of our efforts into finding and suppling the newest action figures.

Our policy is to provide the best possible customer service. Wherever possible all orders are despatched on the day they arrive. If we have to backorder some of your order we let you know as soon as possible. We do not take the money from your card until we despatch the order. If your order arrives after 2pm then it will miss the daily post pickup and go the next working day. For UK orders we offer a standard flat rate shipping charge of £2.95, regardless of the size of the order. We also offer an expedited shipping service using the Royal Mail Next Day delivery service. The cost of this depends on the weight of the order and is displayed on checkout. For international deliveries we use the Royal Mail Air Mail service and the cost of this is likewise displayed on the checkout. See our Customer Service page for more details.

If for any reason you change your mind, simply return the order and we will refund you in full.

The only thing we don't refund is the postage cost.
